The Spanish footballer’s reputation has been severely tarnished by the incident involving his ex-wife Shakira.
After the news of the treachery spread online, several of Gerard Piqué’s supporters already had low expectations for him.
And now, severe criticism is leveled at athletes for even the tiniest of infractions. It appears that no accomplishment has yet been able to redeem him.
Gerard has provided the haters with a couple more justifications for his insults.
He chastises his eldest son Milan in front of 90,000 people in a video that surfaced online. In the video, the father screams at the son and won’t even let him defend himself.
Because the incident occurred a few hours after the football player left his younger son Sasha in the store, no matter what happens there won’t persuade the skeptics.
Gerard spent time with the kids and strolled through Barcelona’s city center while Shakira and her mother were in the hospital.
However, as soon as he sat in the driver’s seat, he saw that Milan was the only passenger. Fortunately, the younger one was already close and was seeking for his father and brother.
What label will come next—cheating husband or flippant father? Gerard needs to make some changes in his life in general.
He is constantly being observed by paparazzi; perhaps he should take use of this to regain respect?
