“Very Sweet and Kind!”Brad Pitt gave his neighbor, who was 105 years old, free housing in his home.

In 1994, Hollywood actor Brad Pitt purchased a home in Los Feliz, California, and later intended to expand his property by purchasing several other properties nearby. In the end, he sold his Hollywood Hills home to Cassandra Peterson, a well-known actress best known for portraying Elvira in numerous films and television programs.

“Very sweet and kind!” Brad Pitt provided free housing for a 105-year-old neighbor. But it came out that Pitt had purchased the home from a 90-year-old man who had recently lost his wife and had given the neighbor permission to live there for free till he passed away.

Pitt’s longtime neighbor, Peterson, thanked him for showing kindness to both the elderly man and her. She acknowledged that the actor was constantly polite and kind to her and that he even made her happy while he worked on the estate’s “Fight Club” movie while honing his punching technique on a punching bag in his yard. Pitt lived there with his then-wife, Angelina Jolie, and their six children up until their 2016 divorce. He spent a couple of years living alone in the mansion until selling it for $39 million in March 2021.

Pitt reportedly sold the home to relocate to the quaint coastal town of Carmel in Northern California, where he has already spent $40 million for a new home, according to his friends.
