The media has recently focused a great deal of attention on Candace Cameron Bure. The actress recently made headlines for comments she made about “traditional marriage” that not everyone who follows her liked.
Candace Cameron Bure met Valeri Bure, the man she would later marry, at a hockey game in 1994. On June 22, 1996, the couple—who had begun dating in 1994—got married.
Despite having been married for almost 20 years, they still make time for one another and try to keep their enthusiasm for one another alive.
It was delightful to witness the lighthearted aspect of their union in a story Bure posted on Instagram. Nonetheless, the actress got a lot of backlash from fans who thought her lighthearted demeanor was disrespectful.
And despite criticism, Bure did not back down. By posting the image on her timeline, she doubled down on her stance rather than backing down. Two pictures she uploaded to the internet perfectly encapsulated the “sweet and spicy” aspects of her marriage to her spouse. Valerie’s arm is wrapped around his wife’s shoulder and his hand is resting on her chest in the second photo.
She received criticism from fans for the picture, saying it was unfit for a “Christian star” of her caliber. Nevertheless, the actress responded to her detractors.If that offended you, I apologize. She laughed in a follow-up video that she posted to her Instagram stories, saying, “I’m actually not sorry.””I’m happy we still have fun together even after all these years.”
It was only after 24 years that she stated she was showing the fruits of a “good and healthy marriage.”
In her subsequent Instagram story video, she went on to say, “It makes me laugh because it’s my husband.””I hope he does touch me anytime he wants to.”
