When Orylan, one of the most tattooed women in the UK, shows off her pre-transformation appearance, most people find it hard to believe she’s the same person.
At the age of 14, she got her first tattoo.
Orylan has amassed a sizable Instagram following—more than 143,000—thanks to her daring and unorthodox appearance.
She started her body transformation journey when she was just 14 years old, and as a 26-year-old, she has tattoos on almost every part of her body.
However, it doesn’t end there.
By splitting her tongue to mimic a snake and tattooing the whites of her eyes, the tattoo enthusiast has gone to extreme lengths with her bodily alterations.
Orylan acknowledges that she gets a lot of hate mail online, despite the fact that many people find her dramatic appearance and distinctive style fascinating.
She is unashamedly herself, though, and her widely shared before-and-after pictures never cease to astound.
Orylan said to NeedToKnow, “Most people will say I should have never changed myself, but beauty is subjective and I believe the way I look now is the beauty I’ve always wanted to achieve.”
“I believe I can be beautiful in both ways, but I am much more authentic in my current skin. My tongue splitting, my tattooed eyes, and my hand implant are my most drastic changes.
I’m not trying to look like anyone in particular. I examine my body day by day to see if there is anything I would like to change or alter. For instance, I might get my tongue and face tattooed more frequently.

Orylan claims that there are some surprising benefits to having a split tongue, which is similar to that of a snake. She has even asserted that the special body mod enables her to taste two distinct cuisines simultaneously.
Orylan chose to drink Coke and Sprite simultaneously as a test. She described the taste combination as perplexing and unrecognizable from her previous experiences. She spent about $700 on the tongue-splitting treatment, which included using lidocaine to numb the area, cutting it down the center, and sewing up each side individually.
The influencer doesn’t let the criticism affect her since she loves the way she looks on Instagram. Rather, she continues to proudly display her appearance by sharing pictures of herself on social media.
“Some people give me ugly looks, some will just get in my face and say they hate it, and some just stare and point without saying anything,” she said.

“The only real advice I can give someone who wants to change or get a tattoo is to do it because it will make you happy and out of love.” We should only engage in activities that make us happy. For me, that means changing who I am, so if that’s what people choose, I want them to experience only love and happiness.
