A farmer found something strange in his garden and shared photos: internet users can’t figure out what it is

After a user named Daisuke Shibamoto uploaded a picture from a Japanese farm area, the internet practically blew up.

On the ground were hundreds of odd items that resembled sinister xenomorph eggs, as if something slimy and toothy were going to erupt from them.

But the farmer wasn’t even shocked, in contrast to the sensitive social media users. As if nothing was going on, he continued to maintain his tractor or have tea with his neighbors. “Ah, nonsense,” he said.

However, the pictures were highly intriguing to viewers of films like “Prometheus” and “Alien.” Such “insignificant objects” are typically the first signs of the extraterrestrial apocalypse, aren’t they?

The images are genuinely unsettling: an alien spacecraft appears to be a lumpy, strangely formed mass behind an icy shell. thing gives the whole appearance that “it” is alive when viewed from a specific perspective.

Sadly, though, the enigmatic structures were shown to be nothing more than rotting cabbage. Some of the cabbage heads remained in the ground to overwinter since the farmer had just not been able to harvest the entire crop from the previous year.

Due to the mild winter, they only softened and distorted rather than freezing completely. The water in the cabbage’s upper layers hardened to ice when the unexpected spring frosts struck, giving the vegetable a foreboding, otherworldly appearance.

Now, as a result of a natural composting process, everything inside is decomposing. However, visitors and interested locals are flocking to the field to snap pictures close to the “xenomorph eggs” as long as the strange cabbage anomaly is still present.
