Celtic Thunder stuns crowd with ‘the Sound of Silence’ cover

Certain songs are considered classics and are repeatedly revitalized by performers who cover them. When these songs are released, they leave a significant impression, and in the years that follow, other musicians attempt to leave their own mark on the music.

Simon and Garfunkel’s “The Sound of Silence” is one such song. Since its 1964 premiere, the song has been covered by numerous singers and is a favorite among karaoke enthusiasts.
