Neil Fullard is 42 and works as a doorman. For more than 20 years he kept his love of singing to himself, singing only at home, in the bath, in the shower and in the car.
Before his Britain’s Got Talent audition in 2010, he admitted he had never sung in public. A group of his friends from the same door firm came to support him, even though they had never heard him sing either. 🎤
He chose “Come Fly With Me,” and his smooth, classic voice surprised everyone in the room. By the end, the audience was on its feet.
Simon was blunt about his wardrobe and his confidence, but said his singing voice was one of the best he had heard and that he would like to see Neil in a tuxedo with a big band behind him. Amanda used a doorman’s line on him: “Your name’s down and you’re definitely coming in.” Neil left with three yeses. ✨
