For the sake of women’s health, Adelaide is naked! I’m grateful for my body.

Adelaide Kane and seven other strong women posed in the nude for the May/June issue of “Our Bodies Are Awesome.”

The Grey’s Anatomy actress Adelaide Kane, 32, and seven other strong women posed naked for the “Our Bodies Are Awesome” issue of Women’s Health magazine in the May/June issue.

In the photographs, one of which is included here, Adelaide perched on a tree stump with her dark hair beautifully trailing behind her. She also showed off her two tattoos, which are both situated on either side of her ribcage under her armpits.

In an interview with the magazine, the Australian actress revealed she takes care of herself and her physical appearance by appreciating the small things.

I don’t have to be extremely exhausted to feel a connection to my body. I’m appreciative of what my body is capable of when I put my mind to it, the woman added, even for seemingly insignificant chores like going for a walk or leisurely strolling to a coffee shop rather than driving.

It takes a lot of strength to put yourself first. The Australian actress admitted, though, that she wasn’t always appreciative of her physique. “When I was 24 years old, after my first season of Reign, I began to comprehend the work I needed to do to take care of myself. It was the most flexible work schedule I’d ever had.

I quickly realized that I couldn’t work on my lines by skipping meals or sleep, the actor recalled. “In the end, I realized that I needed to pay closer attention to what my body needed.

Over the past few years, I have changed my perspective from “I need to take care of myself for work” to “I need to take care of myself for me.”

Adelaide makes it evident that she enjoys moving her body by posting countless pictures of herself working out and taking in the outdoors on Instagram. She also represents the Alo Yoga movement, which promotes conscious body movement.

After the issue was published, Adelaide posted the stunning photos of herself in her underwear on Instagram. It is such an honor to be mentioned in the @womenshealthmag this year. The Body Issue!,” she said in the image’s description.

“Thank you so much for inviting me. Along with the actress, the list also includes influencer and actress Hannah Stocking, Nike trainer Betina Gozo Shimonek, actress and comedian Amanda Seales.

Jessamyn Stanley, a yoga instructor; Jillian Mercado, an actor and activist; Sarah Nicole Landry, a body confidence expert; and Sydney Leroux, a mother and player for the US women’s national soccer team.
