Kat Hudson came to Britain’s Got Talent as a magician with a relaxed, down to earth style. She left a beer in front of Simon, then asked David to pick a book, Amanda a DVD and Alesha a CD from a bag her mum had bought at the market.
Then it all seemed to go wrong. She guessed The Lord of the Rings, but David had The Girl on the Train. Her guesses for the CD and the DVD were wrong too, and she even pressed her own buzzer. 🎶
The twist came at the end. A note told everyone to look at the screen, where footage filmed earlier showed a poster with all three choices, and Simon’s beer glass had the same words engraved on it. The judges said it was original and authentic, and that the end of the act made everyone say, what?
Kat got four yeses, and an act that looked like a disaster turned out to be one of the cleverest of the series. ❤️
