After waiting for 75 years, a 101-year-old great-grandmother is happy to see her first granddaughter born.

The 101-year-old grandmother was overjoyed to finally see her grandchild.

despite the fact that she already has six stepchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and five grandchildren.

Grandparents and grandchildren get along better than anyone else, it’s a well-known fact.

Over time, this connection grows stronger and makes the parents and other family members happy.

The most crucial aspect is that grandparents relate to their grandchildren on a personal level and that their connection is a healthy balance of affection, respect, and fun.

The photos were taken when the elderly grandmother saw her great-granddaughter for the first time.

The newborn was the family’s first grandchild in seventy-five years.

Maeva, who was born on November 24, 2021, was in her bedroom when Gwen Smith, 101, visited the Dene Holm care home in Northfleet, Kent, Britain, on December 21, 2021.

The Smiths watched as Gwen cradled the lovely girl in her arms while several generations of her family stood around her.

Gwen couldn’t stop staring at Maeva after falling in love with her.

“Having five generations present was a unique experience,” the Smith family remarked.

Thanks to the personnel at the care facility, the Smiths were able to pay a visit despite the flu pandemic.

Gwen turned 101 a few days later in February 2022, and the Smiths said that she was thrilled and glad to have a new family member.
