The 6-Foot-4 16-Year-Old Used Random Cards to Play Don’t Stop Believin’

Rafferty Coope magician

Rafferty Coope was 16, 6 foot 4, and arrived at Britain’s Got Talent with his whole family cheering from the audience. He said his two passions in life are music and magic, and he wanted to show the judges how the two belong together.

He made sound look like it passed through Simon’s hand, played rhythm with Alesha, and then asked KSI to deal random cards. Read in order, the cards became the notes of Don’t Stop Believin’, and the letters on the back spelled out the title. 🎶

The judges could not explain it. One called it incredible, another said they had never seen anything like it, and he was called a lovely boy who had done a great job.

At just 16, Rafferty had turned a deck of cards into a song, and the whole theater was singing along by the end. ❤️
