Giorgia Borg traveled from Malta to audition for Britain’s Got Talent at just 10 years old. She told the judges this was by far the biggest audience she had ever sung for, and that she had a feeling it would be a great day.
Instead of a famous hit, Giorgia sang an original song she wrote herself. She explained that it is about adults who do not really listen to what kids say, and quickly added that her own parents do listen. 🎤
Her voice grew bigger with every line until she hit a huge note that had the audience screaming. One judge said it takes a lot to move them and Giorgia had floored them, praising both her vocals and her songwriting at only 10.
Alesha then pressed her Golden Buzzer and sent Giorgia straight to the live shows. The judges told the young singer from Malta that she is a star. ✨
